These adorable crib shoes are named after the town of Emmaus. It was to this town that two of Christ's disciples were walking when they encountered the risen Lord. Initially, the two disciples did not recognize Christ, but eventually He revealed Himself to them.

Our turquoise crib shoes feature a Chi Rho which is an ancient Christian symbol for Christ. On either side of the Chi Rho symbol are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet: alpha and omega. Christ said that He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
