Through sales of their products, more than 350 artisans in Lima and throughout Peru benefit from advances on their orders, technical assistance, help with new product design, and training in areas such as administration, accounting, and production. Artisans also devote 20% of profits to social work, providing warm meals, school uniforms, and school supplies to poor children and scholarships for children of artisans.
