He is also known as the patron Saint of lost objects. One day, someone stole a book that was special to St. Anthony. He prayed, asking God to move the heart of the thief and return the book. Eventually, St. Anthony’s prayers were answered and the book was returned! Because of this, many people ask for his help finding something they have lost.
